Difficult, dumb & annoying

This app has the potential to be quite useful but in its current incarnation its rubbish. Why do I need to sign in EVERY SINGLE TIME? Why do I have to remember a ten digit number so I can log onto thalys card? Why doesnt the app remember? Why do I have to choose my country and language EVERY SINGLE TIME? Either fix this crap or allow me to send the tickets to passbook on the phone so I can access them when I want without having to consistently put in the Sam information over and over again.
