Keeps disconnecting your account; does not implement iOS password autofill function; unable to book tickets; no notification of incidents; ...in summary its an insult to the users and a reflection of the overall Thalys service.

This app does not allow you to add your mobile ticket to Passbook. When will this be available?

The app fails for almost any action I try. Registration doesnt allow special characters. Im not able to retrieve my bookings. It needs a lot of improvements, start removing the web content and make it native.

Very srupid and poor app. Hire a proper product manager and UX designer.

Booking seems to work. Trouble with choosing a specific seats while booking.

This application is so buggy it is funny. But it is also hopeless: Impossible to import a ticket I bought on captain train despite having the res number from thalys, numerous crashes and stability issues, pretty much counter intuitive. Hopefully the train is engineered better than the app.

I bought ticketless tickets expecting I could load then in the app. No such luck. Isnt that the point of the app?

Please add feature to add my TheCard to my iPhone wallet. One less card to keep up with. Thanks

DB app much better. When booking tickets, can not chose seat or seating area. Also, when booking online, tickets dont get transferred to app automatically.

App crashes and freezes a lot. Also when booking on the website youre able to include seat preferences and here you cannot. Oddly when I put in my dates when the following screen came up, my dates changed without my doing. If I wasnt paying attention it could have derailed (pun intended) my whole trip! Definitely needs more work Thalys.

It doesnt display one of three my bookings - cannot even add by PRN - it cant find it Also add to calendar doesnt consider different time zones - so it adds event at incorrect time for me - totally unusable

Even though I successfully logged onto the app with my Thalys TheCard info, "My Bookings" will not show or save my bookings even after I entered the reference number.

My bookings never show in this app!

Cant login with my TheCard details. Cant see my bookings. 5 stars if they get it working...

None of the bookings show from my account. Consistent data synchronization error. Please get this fixed!
