Thalys - International trains App Reviews

This is one of the worse apps I have ever downloaded. It is useless!

I finally logged on but cant do anything. Do they have Internet at Thalys?

This app hardly ever works... How frustrating.

I tried my best to use this app, but I deleted it 10minutes after I installed it. I could not book a ticket with this app. Completely useless.

Ive just downloaded the app and it works, i can login with my details and see all my bookings. I dont agree with the other comments

I have yet to succeed in see my bookings in this app and this new version has not changed things one bit. The bloody thing does not even try, I get a "data synchronisation error" as soon as I touch the "my tickets" button. I would give it negative stars if that existed.

Its unfortunate that the app does not even show St Pankras, London as a station serviced by Thalys.

Cant even use the app because it locks up on the first screen which prompts you to pick a language and then it freezes every time. Would love to see if this app actually works past the first screen.

My ticket disappeared from the app shortly after my departure time on the train. I suppose it reasoned I would not need this ticket anymore, but as anyone who has ridden a train before knows, typically the ticket check happens after the train has left the station! Luckily I had screenshotted my ticket so I was not completely caught off guard by this bug. But really? Bad design.

You have to be connected to the internet to access your ticket. No internet, no ticket. This put me in a bad situation on the train when the controller asked to see my ticket in the train as I had no access to the internet. Also, you have to sign in each time you use the app. If you have a The Card number you have to look it up and enter it for each use. Terrible.

For sure the developers of this application are not actually traveling the Thalys. The application needs a permanent Internet connection, as it cant store the actual tickets. So if you need to show your ticket to the controller and are out of a connection, well to bad for you. You need to constantly enter your password (it doesnt remember it), theres no Touch ID support, no iPhone 6 resolution support, no iPad support.

This app has the potential to be quite useful but in its current incarnation its rubbish. Why do I need to sign in EVERY SINGLE TIME? Why do I have to remember a ten digit number so I can log onto thalys card? Why doesnt the app remember? Why do I have to choose my country and language EVERY SINGLE TIME? Either fix this crap or allow me to send the tickets to passbook on the phone so I can access them when I want without having to consistently put in the Sam information over and over again.

A complete failure: crazy design, mismatching pages. totally unfunctional, cant book: system unavailable, cant add booking number: non-nominal folder absent?? What are you smoking there?
